NEW Online Collections portal

The Norfolk County collection consists of approximately 350,000 three-dimensional artifacts, photographs, works of art, and archival materials (including 250,000 individual land records). The mandate of the collection is to represent the cultural history of Norfolk County and objects must be of municipal significance in order to be collected.

During the 2023 Ontario Heritage Week, Norfolk County Heritage & Culture launched a new Online Collections portal. Here, people from all over the world  can search and view nearly 2,000 objects, photographs and documents from our collection.

Catalogue records will be added to this publicly accessible database on a regular basis, so please check back with us often to see what’s new.
