CREATIVE KIDS July 2-5

Unleash your creativity! WHAM Summer Camp begins by tapping into our campers’ artistic side. We will dive into the world of art through sketching, sculpting, and painting, stage our own original play, create delicious kitchen concoctions, and (hopefully!) hit all the right notes with our DIY musical instruments.

OUTDOOR QUESTS July 8-12

Put on your sunscreen and join us for some outdoor exploration. This week, we will learn survival techniques and how to use a compass. Campers will take nature hikes, work in the garden, and spend lots of time outside. Don’t forget your bathing suit and towel for water games and our awesome homemade slip ‘n slide!

SENSATIONAL STEM July 15-19

Eureka! Sensational STEM week at WHAM and that means the kids will be mixing up a bit of mad science, embracing their inner inventors, engineering tall towers and magnificent marble runs, and trying their hand at a little Museum CSI.

WHEN I GROW UP…  July 29 – August 2

Whether you want to be an astronaut or a runway model or something in between, life is full of possibilities! This week WHAM campers will hear from special guest speakers, take a field trip to the fire station, make their own ice cream from scratch, and so much more as they explore some of the cool jobs they can do when they grow up.

TWISTED TALES August 6-9

From Neverland to Hogwarts and OZ to Wonderland, books have given us some of the most fantastic worlds to escape to. During Twisted Tales Week, our campers will jump feet first into fiction and play games, create crafts, and take part in activities inspired by our favorite childhood stories.

MYTHS & MONSTERS August 12-16

What do swashbuckling pirates, little green men, Medusa and Knights of the Round Tables all have in common? WHAM Camp, of course! This week, campers will explore history’s most famous myths and then have a chance to come up with some fearsome monsters of their own.

**Please note: We have arranged a field trip to the Brantford Twin Valley Zoo on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. As a result, there will be an additional registration fee that day of $10.25 to cover admission costs (total registration cost for that camp day = $45.00).

HOORAY FOR HOLLYWOOD August 19-23

This week’s camp activities are inspired by Hollywood’s best animated movies. Campers will find Dory in a museum scavenger hunt, make Angry Birds catapults, adopt a Secrets Life of Pet Rock, and even learn to draw like professionals. Who Knows? We may just discover Hollywood’s next big blockbuster!
